Build a Church–School Partnership That Lasts
A 3-Day Immersive Experience + 6-Month Coaching Journey in Fort Myers, Florida
What would change in your community if your church became a trusted, consistent presence in a local public school?
The Imagine Initiative 3-Day Intensive is designed to help churches move beyond one-time projects and into deep, relational partnerships with schools - the kind that bring real hope, practical help, and lasting transformation for students, staff, and families.
This is not theory. It’s hands-on, relational, and rooted in what is already working in schools today.
Who This Intensive Is For
This experience is designed for:
Pastors, Executive Pastors, and Ministry Leaders
Children’s and Student Ministry leaders
Churches that feel called to serve local schools but want to do it wisely, respectfully, and sustainably
Leaders who want practical tools, clear next steps, and ongoing support
This is not for churches looking for quick, drop-and-go service projects. This is for leaders ready to build something meaningful.
Individualized Year-End Assessment
At the end of the course, you’ll complete the Maturity Model Year-End Assessment, a personalized review of your church–school partnership.
Together, we will:
Celebrate progress and fruit
Identify opportunities for deeper engagement
Create a customized plan for the year ahead
This ensures your partnership continues to grow with clarity and purpose.
