On Site Foundational Strategies Workshop
During our visit to your church, we’ll facilitate a Foundational Strategies Workshop, spend time one-on-one with your leaders, and, when possible, meet with the school principal to ensure strong communication and partnership goals.
Monthly Coaching Calls
Each month, you’ll meet one-on-one with a coach who will guide you through every stage of developing a strong school partnership. We’ll cover key topics like casting vision, recruiting volunteers, improving communication, and creating meaningful service opportunities. Together, we’ll build a clear, practical plan to help your church engage with a school in a purposeful and effective way
Personalized Support
If you have an issue, concern, or new idea, there’s no need to wait until your scheduled monthly consult—you’ll have access to personalized support whenever you need it. Whether you’re navigating a challenge with your school partner, brainstorming a new volunteer initiative, or simply need feedback on next steps, we’re here to walk alongside you in real time..

For our Lee County churches, we want to walk alongside you with the same coaching and support. Because of donors committed to Lee County, we do no have to charge for this class. We would be honored if you added us the your mission budget as the Lord leads to help continue the work in our county.
